Use a combined individual/team flow or Pro and Agency’s team-only mode. Direct individual add-to-cart attempts are rejected when a product is reserved for groups.

The buyer becomes a LearnDash Group Leader and can assign seats, manage trainees, send reminders and review course-level progress from the front end.

Enable a Simple or LearnDash Course product for team sales, link its course or bundle, choose the purchase mode, then set seat limits and discount tiers.
Customer buys seats
The purchaser selects a team quantity and checks out normally. Eligible discounts apply automatically and the completed order provisions a LearnDash Group and seat pool.
Group Leader manages training
The purchaser assigns trainees and sees each linked course separately, including assigned, in-progress and completed states, access expiry and eligible certificate links.

What is included in the free tier?
The core purchase, provisioning and Group Leader workflow is available for up to three products, provided each is linked to one LearnDash course. Pro and Agency remove the product limit and enable bundles and team-only sales.
What happens if I add a second course on the free tier?
The product can still be saved, but its team-purchase controls are hidden on the live product page until a Pro or Agency licence is active.
Can I create products that are available only to teams?
Yes, with Pro or Agency. Team-only mode removes the individual purchase path and rejects direct individual add-to-cart attempts, including products already placed in the cart before their eligibility changes.
Does it support LearnDash 4 or WordPress 6?
No. This edition is built specifically for LearnDash 5 on WordPress 7. Use Group License Manager for LearnDash 4 on the earlier platform stack.
Does the purchaser manage trainees in WordPress admin?
No. The purchaser receives a front-end Group Manager Dashboard for seat assignment, reminders and learner details. Site administrators retain LearnDash’s native Group administration.
Can I sell more than one course as a bundle?
Yes, with Pro or Agency. Link the courses to one eligible WooCommerce product and each assigned trainee receives access to the complete bundle.
