LearnDash Certificate Compliance Manager turns native LearnDash course, quiz and group certificates into durable, publicly verifiable credentials. Each certificate receives a unique ID, secure verification link and QR code, with configurable expiry, revocation and email delivery.
Designed for training providers with audit and compliance obligations, CCM can freeze course progress, assessment results and retake history at issuance. Searchable reports, CSV exports and scoped access for Compliance Officers keep certificate oversight inside your WordPress site—without replacing your existing LearnDash certificate designs or relying on an external credential platform
How it works
1. Configure your certificates
Keep your native LearnDash certificate designs and assignment flow. Choose an ID format and expiry policy, then add the CCM verification, QR and compliance shortcodes you want to display.
2. LearnDash awards the certificate
When a learner qualifies for a Course, Quiz or Group certificate, CCM creates a durable issuance record with frozen completion, expiry and optional assessment evidence.
3. Verify and report
Learners receive a unique certificate ID, secure verification link and PNG QR code. Administrators and authorized compliance users can search, verify, export and manage credential status.

Send independent Course, Quiz and Group emails using an editable HTML template. Include a verification button and the learner’s native LearnDash certificate PDF.
