How it works
1. Configure a product
Enable a WooCommerce Simple or LearnDash Course product for group licensing, connect its LearnDash course or courses, then set seat limits and quantity discounts.
2. Customer chooses their path
Buy for myself follows normal WooCommerce purchase and individual course access. Buy for teams selects a seat quantity, applies eligible volume discounts and creates a managed group after payment.
3. Group Leader manages seats
The team purchaser receives a Group Manager Dashboard to name licences, assign trainees, resend reminders, review learner details and manage available seats.

Sell multiple LearnDash courses through one team purchase. Pro and Agency licences unlock multi-course bundles; each assigned trainee receives access to every linked course.
Group Leader dashboard
Team purchasers can name licences, assign trainees, view course-completion and issued-certificate status where available, send reminders and manage eligible seats.
Built-in seat quantities
Set team-purchase minimums and maximums per product, including an unlimited maximum. Individual purchases remain a single-seat WooCommerce flow.
Volume discount tiers
Create up to ten percentage or fixed-amount discount tiers per product. Eligible discounts apply automatically when a team quantity reaches its threshold.
Trainee email workflow
