Enable a Simple or LearnDash Course product for Group Licensing, link one or more courses, then set seat limits and quantity discounts.
Customer chooses a path
Buy for myself follows the individual flow. Buy for teams selects a seat quantity, applies the eligible discount and provisions a managed Group after payment.
Group Leader assigns seats
The purchaser uses the Group Manager Dashboard to name licences, assign trainees, send reminders and manage the remaining seat pool.

Can customers buy for themselves and for a team?
Yes. An enabled product can present separate individual and team purchase paths. Individual purchase remains a one-seat WooCommerce flow; team purchase provisions a seat pool and Group Leader access.
What is included in the free tier?
All Group License features are available for up to three products, provided each product is linked to one LearnDash course. Pro and Agency remove the product limit and enable multi-course bundles.
What happens if I add a second course on the free tier?
The product can still be saved, but its team-purchase controls are hidden on the live product page until a Pro or Agency licence is active.
Does it support LearnDash 5 or WordPress 7?
No. This is the LearnDash 4 / WordPress 6 edition. The newer platform requires a separate build because LearnDash 5 changes the relevant Group administration and interface architecture.
Does the purchaser manage trainees in WordPress admin?
No. The purchaser receives a front-end Group Manager Dashboard for seat assignment, reminders and learner details. Site administrators retain LearnDash’s native Group administration.
Can I sell more than one course as a bundle?
Yes, with Pro or Agency. Link the courses to one eligible WooCommerce product and each assigned trainee receives access to the complete bundle.
